About the Author

Professor Dr. Muhammad Akbar Malik has served in Pakistan and abroad. After FCPS from Pakistan, he completed his MRCP from Royal College of Physicians, Ireland. The hunger for knowledge had taken hold of him, and he began training in pediatric neurology and was determined to become a pediatric neurologist. He was trained in pediatric neurology and neurophysiology in Frenchay Hospital, Bristol, UK. Prof. Malik has published over 40 research and peer- reviewed articles on various topics of pediatric neurology.
