About the Author
Dr. Moumita Das is working as an Assistant Director at National Centre for Innovations in Distance Education (NCIDE), IGNOU. She did her Ph.D. in Botany from the Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Lucknow. She has several research papers and articles in the areas of medicinal plants, intellectual property rights and sustainable development in journals of national and international repute. At present, her interest is to identify areas of intervention for devising innovative solutions in the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) system. She has published several articles and papers on the need of innovative interventions in the ODL system.
