Josh Lebowitz is the owner of Brother Jimmy s. He has worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years. In the last few years, Lebowitz opened the fifth and sixth Manhattan locations of the restaurant as well as a franchise in Puerto Rico; he also created a partnership with Yankee Stadium, which now carries the Brother Jimmy s products.
